3. User Accounts

Authorised users must maintain the confidentiality of login credentials. You remain responsible for all activities performed under your accounts.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorised access, disrupt service integrity, or use the services for unlawful activities.

5. Intellectual Property

All software, interfaces, content, and documentation remain the intellectual property of Trade TechTools or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable licence for authorised use.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided on an “as is” basis. We disclaim warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, or suitability for specific outcomes.

7. Limitation of Liability

Trade TechTools is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use, even if advised of the possibility.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Trade TechTools harmless from claims arising from your use of the services, breach of terms, or violation of applicable laws.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access with notice if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease platform use and destroy confidential materials obtained.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Parties submit to the jurisdiction of South African courts.

11. Dispute Resolution

Parties agree to attempt mediation prior to initiating formal proceedings. If mediation fails, disputes will be resolved in the High Court of South Africa.

12. Amendments

We may update these Terms to reflect service changes. Notices will be provided via email or platform announcements prior to enforcement.

13. Severability

If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining sections remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
